Mountain of Lost Benefits

Mountain of Lost Benefits was a multi-platform social media campaign designed to raise awareness about the full range of paid benefits available to employees that are often overlooked or underutilised due to ineffective communication within organisations. The campaign aimed to highlight the missed opportunities and wasted resources stemming from this gap.

The campaign was rolled out in three distinct phases, each represented by a unique colour palette to visually differentiate and emphasise the evolving message. As the visual designer and artworker, I created engaging, dynamic graphics that adhered to Sodexo BRS's branding guidelines while incorporating a fun and approachable tone.

The campaign was live for three months in 2023, during my time as a full-time employee at Sodexo BRS (now Plume UK).
